Nashville Event Space Specifications

The Peacock Ballroom is the perfect space for your next corporate training event, birthday party, wedding reception, bridal shower or other celebration. The following specs are the items that are included in your rental of our 1710 square feet of event space.

Tables

• Two 72 inch round tables (seats 10)
• Two 90 inch rectangular tables (used for buffet)
• Eight 60 inch round tables (seat 8)

Furniture

Please note that the furniture inside the ballroom cannot be moved except by ballroom staff. Damage to the floor from moving furniture will be charged to the renter.

• Three couches
• Two large wingback chairs
• Three large round ottomans
• Three barstools

Large Caterer's Kitchen Includes

• Microwave
• Caterer's refrigerator and freezer

Garage Parking

• Garage parking available. Guests may park in the blue "Open" spots or any of the "2 Hour Retail" spots during the scheduled event. Parking in any other areas will result in towing at the car owners expense.
