The Peacock Ballroom Rental Rates

Any 8 hour time block from 8:00am until 12:00am can be booked for $1000. Additional hours may be added for $150 an hour. This rate includes a $150 damage deposit that is refundable after your event as long as there is no damage to the room or time overage.

Rates Include:

All rates include use of the room for the time alloted. Set-up and tear down MUST occur within the time of your rental period. Rates also include:

8 qty 120" round tables that seat 8 people.
2 qty 172" round tables that seat 10 people.
2 qty 8' buffet tables for either seating or food service
1 qty 6' table for gifts, cake, etc.
84 chairs for seating
Use of AV equipment include a 64" LCD TV, stereo, CD/DVD player, iPod input, computer input and in ceiling speakers for music

Tables and Chairs

The Peacock Ballroom rental rates include the tables and chairs that are listed on our "Specs" page. Regalo Design is available to set up your tables and chairs for $10 per table and $1 per chair. Otherwise, the tables and chairs will be placed in the room for the client to place as they wish.

Setup and Tear Down

The client is required to setup and tear down all tables and chairs. The client is also responsible for sweeping the room at the conclusion of the event. Additionally the kitchen area must be cleaned and trash bagged and placed in the dumpsters located outside of the building. If any of these items are not completed upon departure the client will forfeit their damage deposit.
